Hello from Tim and Michael! Thank you so much for taking the time to consider us. We promise to offer your child a loving and nurturing environment, allowing them to excel. Our jobs allow for tons of family time. We are open to any level of openness that you are comfortable with.

Honoring your wishes is our priority. We fully support your choices in openness. We are open to as much or as little contact as your are comfortable with. Our parenting philosophy is simple - provide the love, resources, guidance, and freedom, to excel to the best of their ability. We are both patient, nurturing, and flexible. We have financial stability. We would hope to spend weekends as a family! Your child will be able to find their true self as we are open minded and accepting of everyone.

Demonstrating proper behaviors, talking about poor choices, and open communication will be key. Neither of us believe in time out, striking a child, or withholding love and affection. As you'll learn, we both hold jobs that will allow extensive amounts of family time every evening, weekend, and holiday. Family is important to us.

When we bought our home, we did so with raising a family in mind. Situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood, we are just minutes from schools, parks, entertainment, shopping, and Lake Ontario. We are near downtown Rochester, The Strong Museum of Play, Redwings Baseball, Seneca Zoo, Sea Breeze Amusement Park, and so much more.

Our home is 2,600 Sq. Ft. and has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a sitting room, a formal dining room, and more. The back yard is fenced in and has an inground pool for those hot summer days.
