Travel To Hungary

Families can expect to Travel within two weeks of receiving the I800 provisional approval. Both parents can expect to travel for up to 45 days. Parents spend 7 hours a day with the child and must spend a total of 30 days with the child before adoption can be completed. After the first week the family must decide if they are moving with the adoption. They will then move to Budapest to complete the process for immigration approval.
